Shipping policy

Standard shipping:

Sydney Metro will normally take 2 business days.

Outside Sydney/Interstate 2-4 business days

Express shipping:

Sydney Metro will normally take 1 business day.

Outside Sydney/Interstate 1-3business days  

Orders will be dispatched (not delivered) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week. Delivery time frames apply once the order has been dispatched. Delivery time frames are just a guide, and the tracking number will be forwarded to you.

Please ensure you advise a date in the note section of when your items are required for and we will try our best to get the order to you by that date. We will require your mobile number and email address so we can get in contact with you in regard to your order. 

A same day Sydney delivery service is available if the above is not suitable. Please enquire for a quote through rachael@oh-sugar.com.au

If something is required urgently, please reach out and let us know so we can prioritise the order and offer same day shipping options if possible.
